The pre-assembled exterior side is made of solid stainless steel and includes a pre-installed stem. The opposite side consists of a precision cast ZnAL substructure and a patented screw-on escutcheon. The handle on the mounting side is attached to the screw-on cover along with a return spring. A grub screw secures the rosette and provides additional protection against theft or vandalism.
